100% Natural St John’s Wort Oil, 100ml – Hypericum Perforatum
This St. John’s Wort oil is produced with the collection of naturally grown fresh St. John’s wort flowers (Hypericum Perforatum) at an altitude of 1,200m in the mountainous regions of Sparta, at a certain time of year, combined with ultra high phenolic Sakellaropoulos organic extra virgin olive oil. Our St. John’s wort oil is subjected to natural sedimentation without any type of chemical or mechanical filtering or processing, with longer production periods compared to other wort oils, and so much richer in hyperforin and hypericin, without being oxidised.
Traditionally the healing properties of St. John’s Wort oil promote the good physical condition of the skin, enhancing its elasticity and helping its pores and it is used for most skin problems, as it has healing and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps heal wounds and abrasions, relieves irritation, itching, insect bites, bruises, light burns, skin diseases, inflammation and hemorrhoids.
It can also help to soothe gastric and stomach ulcers, external wounds, cuts and abrasions, burns, back pain, sciatica nerve, muscle aches, lumbago, sprains and rheumatism. Ideal for cramps, aches, colds, migraine headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, bedsores, dermatitis, insect bites, venous ulcers, menopause and pre-menstrual syndrome.
It can, also, be used in association for the treatment of cystitis, vaginitis and to help in mild forms of depression, improves sleep, disposition and well-being, as well as boosts the immune system.
