A wine of an intense color, it is charming on the nose as well as on the palate thanks to the notes of hawthorn.
Chardonnay vines on average 30-years-old, on east-facing limestone hillsides. Organic since 2010. This makes for a light and fruity Mâcon-Villages with versatility and roundness.
Grapes are directly pressed without de-stemming. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in vats, with no sulfite addition during vinification.
